The Role:

Reporting to the ICT Manager, the Senior ICT Support Analyst is responsible for providing information, communication and technology advice and support services to employees and residents, the project coordination of strategic ICT initiatives and acting as 2IC to the ICT Manager.

Management and Accountability:

  • Provide timely and effective first and mid-level ICT support (troubleshooting IT software &hardware issues)
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware and operating systems
  • Management of user accounts (including AD, Office 365, MFA)
  • Maintaining accurate help desk records and documentation of workflows
  • Management and maintenance of software systems such as Lee Care, TRACCS, Care Systems and Best Practice Software
  • Management and maintenance of PBX system(3CX) including desktop phones and mobile phones, nurse calls system and equipment, access control system and the Rembrandt Living website (WordPress)
  • Coordinate the project management of strategic ICT projects with support from the ICT Manager
  • Undertake business analysis assess and improve business processes and systems, acting as a thought leader for technical business processes that promote increased efficiency and productivity
  • Determine and develop user requirements for new systems to ensure maximum usability through effective engagement with key stakeholders and end user groups across the organization.
  • Support the ICT Manager with the development and regular review of ICT policies, including Rembrandt Living’s
  • Business Continuity Plan and the effective management of cyber security risk.
  • Comply within Rembrandt Living’s policies and procedures and maintain work health and safety knowledge relevant to the workplace including any associated hazards and risks relevant to the role.

  • In accordance with current legislation specific to your job role and responsibilities, all staff are required to become familiar with and work in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA), Return to Work Act 2014 (SA), and comply with all WHS responsibilities relevant to your role as outlined in Rembrandt Living's Work Health &Safety Policy.

About You:

This position will suit a personable and motivated individual with strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology
  • Demonstrated experience in Information Technology support and problem resolution.
  • Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills in order to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders in a team-based environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional work ethic with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Proven abilities handle high volumes of work, prioritize workloads and meet agreed timeframes
  • Regular after hours and oncall work will be required to relieve ICT Manager
  • Current Police Clearance and Drivers License.
