ABOUT THE ROLE:
It is an exciting time to join the Improvement Team at Mercy Health as we grow our reach and impact on our Health and Healthy Ageing services.
Reporting to the Group Improvement Manager, this role plays a crucial role in guiding and facilitating organisation improvement activities centred on person driven care that improves service outcomes across Mercy Health.
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking a proven senior practitioner with demonstrable success within a complex, diverse and evolving environment and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.
You will hold extensive experience and demonstrated competency in -
Experience and sound knowledge of improvement across both methodology, principles and behaviours. This may include problem solving methodology such LEAN principles which includes PDCA and PDSA.
Experience of organisation improvement activities across multiple sectors. Experience within Healthcare is desirable but not essential.
Demonstrated experience successfully leading improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to coach staff, develop and implement tools that staff can use for the purpose of improvement.
