We are seeking a full-time Senior Industrial Designer to join our growing team, located in Dingley Village. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative design concepts from ideation to production.

About the role:
- Designing and executing concept presentations.
- Liaising with the Design Team, Production Team and Account Managers to finalise all details of client briefs.
- Preparing drawings for the Accounts Team to present to clients. Drawings will include the general assemblies with material specifications, electronic details and overall dimensions.
- Preparing General Assembly / BOMs / Production Files for the production team, both locally and onshore.
- Overseeing prototype and production installs, as required. This includes going on-site to assist with quality control.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Design (within the Retail Industry is desired)
- An understanding of manufacturing materials, production timelines and expectations
- An understanding of the design journey and production processes, including but not limited to cabinetry, print, plastics and sheet metal manufacturing (preferable)
- An ability to manage current and upcoming projects by prioritising your workflow effectively
- Positive attitude to get work done and move forward with a smile
