Our focus is supplying Australian customers with natural gas and international customers with liquefied natural gas. We do this through our 47.5 percent interest in the Australia Pacific LNG joint venture, one of the largest producers of natural gas in eastern Australia. ConocoPhillips Australia also operates the Australia Pacific LNG liquefied natural gas facility near Gladstone. We are also an exploration company, with ongoing exploration occurring in the Bowen and Surat Basin in Central Queensland and new exploration in the Otway Basin along the southern coast of Australia to identify natural gas reserves for supply to Australian customers.Reporting to the Information Management Supervisor, ConocoPhillips Australia is excited to bring to market the full-time position of Senior Information Management Analyst. As a steward for master data governance, the Senior Information Management Analyst will positively contribute to enhancing the quality and utility of documents and data for ConocoPhillips Australia by managing and supporting the facility data within our organisations systems for Operations.The Senior Information Management Analyst will maintain data pipelines for plant and equipment information using systems like SmartPlant, Aveva Asset Information Management (AIM / Aveva Net Portal), and SAP and build and mature relationships with stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, and third-party vendors; improving the efficiency and integrity of Management of Change processes related to information and facility data.The Senior Information Management Analyst will drive thoughtful and pragmatic change by encouraging innovative thinking and continuous improvement, including, but not limited to:Take the lead on close out of Management of Change Facility data tasks, clearing backlog and developing processes to maintain a basic SLA (12-18 months of work).Assist in the development & maintenance of data pipelines for plant/equipment information (e.g., SmartPlant / Aveva AIM / SAP).Assist with Master data governance, including data steward for plant/equipment information.Expand from the current base of “document control” and add to the organisations data capability and competency (e.g. assist in developing a Documents and Data for Operations standard).Add capability as an SME for Australia Pacific LNG facility data expertise.About youAlong with your engineering background and diploma or tertiary qualifications in engineering or a data related field, your work experience is underpinned by:Cultural alignment with ConocoPhillips’ SPIRIT Values.Oil and gas industry experience.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Information Management.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering Data Warehouses in an engineering project and/or operating environment.Management of Change / Process Safety exposure.Data analysis, data quality, and master data management.Knowledge and experience of engineering data management systems.Experience developing Extract-Transform-Load processes.Strong team player with a high level of interpersonal skills.Learning mindset with a curiosity to ask questions and generate effective ideas and solutions.What we offerThe position of Senior Information Management Analyst presents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Brisbane team and promote and champion Information Management excellence for ConocoPhillips Australia.An inclusive environment of belonging where we respect one another and where our success reflects the diverse backgrounds, experiences, ideas and perspectives of our employees.A unique culture of SPIRIT – Safety, People, Integrity, Responsibility, Innovation, Teamwork.A learning organisation that encourages, supports, and celebrates innovative ideas.Continuous technical and professional development training.Flexible work arrangements.Competitive remuneration, superannuation, benefits and performance-based incentives.Private health insurance, generous Employee Share Plan, annual health and wellness subsidy.Above industry paid parental leave.Support for all applicantsConocoPhillips Australia encourages and welcomes applications from all members of the community.
