About the role

The Senior Integrated Producer is responsible for the planning, resource allocation and timely delivery of marketing campaigns and assets. Beyond independently producing campaigns, the incumbent will mentor, manage, and support other team members. As part of this role, you will develop strong inter-departmental relationships and ensure adherence to established procedures. 

  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to briefs.
  • Allocate resources effectively, manage internal systems, and prioritise tasks to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, nurturing long-term partnerships and managing communication processes.
  • Utilise tools and practices to boost the In-House Agency’s (IHA) efficiency and impact, while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and policies.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in project workflows and share insights across departments to refine future processes.
  • Provide administrative support, manage documentation, and contribute strategically to the IHA’s operations and project management systems.

About you

We are searching for a seasoned professional in account management and/or project coordination in an agency environment with a track record of managing high-volume projects across multiple teams. You possess substantial experience in marketing and communications, understanding the nuances of market trends and customer engagement.

  • Good understanding of the creative process from conception through to delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled at balancing schedules so that workload is distributed across the team. 
  • Experience trafficking high volumes of projects across digital marketing channels.
