Senior Integrity and Information Officer

About the Role: As a Senior Integrity and Information Officer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our organization upholds the highest standards of integrity and information management. Your responsibilities will include providing specialized advice, managing complex cases related to information access legislation, privacy compliance, complaints management, and insurance claims. You'll also play a key role in representing the Council at various forums and meetings. What We Offer:

Location: 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central, QLD, 4114
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
Duration: June 2024 - October 2024
Qualifications:
Progression towards qualifications (Diploma Level) or equivalent extensive practical experience in complaints management, insurance claims administration, information access management, and/or integrity functions in a large, highly regulated organization (ideally local or State Government) is highly desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Law, or substantial demonstrated experience related to the role.
Experience in mentoring other staff and/or exposure to leading general team operations, recruitment, induction, training, performance management, and managing administrative complaints and right to information inquiries.
Experience in identifying continuous improvement opportunities, leading projects, and solving complex problems requiring initiative and independent judgment.
