About the role
Your responsibilities will include running personal injury files, working with leadership, developing and mentoring lawyers of varying levels of experience, team management support of both lawyers and legal support team members, with a key focus on building the practice, helping to oversee the financial performance of the office, and day to day management of office matters.
The experience we are looking for
You will ideally have experience leading a team and be able to meet the following criteria:
- Extensive experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Compensation claims (preferred).
- Demonstrated litigation experience (essential).
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated capacity in executing business development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to file management.
- Experience working in a high-volume work environment.

This role is currently a 12-month fixed term contract, however we can discuss the potential for the role to be offered as a permanent position.
