The Role
The Senior Learning and Engagement Advisor will engage with teams and individual employees to identify areas of professional development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders at different levels and will be entrusted with the mission of elevating capability and promoting excellence in practice among teams. This includes consistent involvement in coaching and mentoring staff throughout their employee journey including probationary period.
Hours: Permanent Full-time, (option to work part-time hours over 4 days per week is also available)
Location: Bella Vista, NSW (with work from home options available)
Salary: SCHADs Level 5, $47.50 per hour + super + $15,900 in salary packaging
Reporting to: Senior Manager - Employee Experience
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Enhance the onboarding and induction experience for new employees. Managing all aspects of induction days including facilitation and event coordination.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, presentations using a variety of delivery methods including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and blended learning approaches.
- Provide accurate and timely support, advice and guidance on Learning and development queries including generating regular reports.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to perform training needs assessments and analyse data to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organisation.
- Develop learning objectives, curriculum and training materials to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Please note there are times that you will be required to travel across NSW to run training, workshops and presentations.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in Learning and development, HR, training or related field ideally coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Proficient in conducting training sessions and customised the session and content to match the audience’s needs.
- Understanding of adult learning styles and theories, instructional design principles, and various training methodologies.
- Ability to design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs.
- Expertise in LMS, eLearning tools and other relevant technology platforms used in training and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with managers and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Current Driver Licence (Minimum P2)
- Willingness to undertake a Police Check.
