Our safety first culture and quality work earned good reputation in the industry for 18 years, secured various long term contracts. Management has over 30 years technical background in telecommunications industry, and 20+ years business managing experience.
Due to the retirement of our Mains Copper Cable Jointer, and expansion of our fibre work, there are couple of vacancies of mains Cable Jointer & Fibre Splicer available for work in Melbourne Metro & Victoria Regional area, on both Telstra & NBN network platform. Overtime work available.
About the role
- Read and understand the Telecom drawing and plan
- Scope and validate network asset, create detailed plan & report
- Plan and schedule work, jointing, splicing, cutover, installation and commissioning, request adequate support
- Fault tracing and solution creating, Mains Copper Cable jointing, large fibre splicing
About you
- Strong Telstra Mains Copper Cable jointing or network large fibre splicing work experience, include paper & lead cables & joints, both ribbon & lose tube
- Familiar with Telecommunication work, able to adopt the knowledge and skill
- Ability to maintain safety first culture with high quality work outcome
- Willing and capable to take responsibility, and be a team player
