An exciting opportunity has presented itself at nbn, as the Senior Manager IT Experience and Operations to the Executive Manager IT Experience.
A bit about your role
The Senior Manager IT Experience and Operations will be overseeing critical operational services, managing IT projects, and spearheading enterprise-wide initiatives. There will be a focus on enhancing the cost-effectiveness and continuous improvement of the IT experience.
This is an opportunity for you to serve as the representative of the SEO. You will be offering expertise, insights, and strategic guidance to advance the broader Employee Experience initiative. Your leadership will extend to strategic initiatives aimed at bringing about significant improvements in team practices and overall corporate culture.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IT Service Management practices with a focus on L1/L2 support operations. You have a broad technical background with project management Experience and a strong understanding of IT security principles.
This role will require stakeholder/vendor management, governance and risk managements skills to ensure quality outcomes. You have thoughtful leadership, excellent communication skills, the ability to present to executive level and simplify technical concepts to the audience.
