The role is accountable for staff and vendor services that cover; Service Desk, Service Delivery, Service Level Management, Incident and Problem management activities.
The service management team provides customer facing roles which are accountable for the overall ICT service levels provided to their respective business division (Corporate Services, Infrastructure Services, Engineering, Construction and Maintenance and Rail). The service management team provide regionally based escalation services for any impacts to existing business services.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 4-8 years of experience in information systems operations environment (Of which 2-3 years should have been in a Service Manager or Business relationship management function)
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or industry experience
