An exciting opportunity where you will enable and empower data-driven decisions supporting business stakeholders objectives ensuring efficient & well-governed approach to Group research are employed while identifying continuous improvement opportunities. In addition you will:
  • Assist in the delivery of an annual research program across a variety of areas including understanding consumer needs, purchase behaviours, product perceptions, Brand awareness, satisfaction and loyalty across segments.
  • Be responsible for analysing and reporting on brand and consumer insights data.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor behaviours to inform broader insights.
  • Work as part of the wider Research team and actively contribute to Department business plan and Group Strategy Business objectives.
  • Foster and build effective relationships internally and externally with research agencies and other suppliers as required.
  • Ensure ongoing governance over research processes & systems of delivery.

About you

For this role, we're also looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Market Research/Statistics / Business, IS or related discipline is required.
  • 3+ years of direct experience within similar research roles.
  • Experience in delivering 'best practice' approaches to design and employ qualitative and quantitative research methodologies providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis using statistical software (Q Research; SPSS)
  • Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Strong skills across Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Qualtrics and Q Research software is highly desirable.
  • As a team player, you understand the value of collaboration and building effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple projects / tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. You are committed to continuous improvement and your strong work ethic makes you a valuable asset to any team.
