Senior Marketing Coordinator

ECH is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of integrated retirement living accommodation, home care and community services that enable people to continue to live independently at home as they age. 

Your new role 

With the aim to engage and offer benefits to their community, ECH invests in multiple key sponsorships programs and campaigns. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will ensure each partnership runs smoothly and effectively, and that return on investment is received.  

This role is also responsible for assisting the marketing team in developing materials and collateral that meet brand guidelines and communicates information effectively to the intended audience. 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the role will assist with key projects such as a new brand rollout, events, marketing campaigns from planning to execution, internal and external communications and analytical reporting through various platforms and stakeholders.  

What you’ll need to succeed 

To be considered for this role, you will have: 

• A degree in marketing, communications or a related field 
• Extensive experience with sponsorship/partnership management  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at varying levels  
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital channels, web, print, social media, events, etc. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write clear and informative copy for various audiences and purposes 
• A high level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to generate new ideas and test different approaches for the benefit of the organisation and it’s community 
• A collaborative and supportive team player, who can also work independently and take initiative, yet respect other stakeholders’ objectives and support their vision 
• A valid national police clearance and current drivers license will be required
