The Role:
As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will be upskilling other Marketing Strategists in managing a range of clients in a fast-paced performance-orientated environment.
This is a role for someone who loves building relationships with clients, whilst strategising, creating & optimising high-performing paid media campaigns as well as growing a team.
Requirements:
- Ideally 1 year of team leadership experience.
- 3 years + of experience strategising & setting up paid media campaigns.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing agency experience.
- Client-facing & project management experience.
- Experience creating quality paid advertising creatives using software like Canva.
- Proven ability to understand & work with data to improve marketing performance.
Our staff work from home & in the office, we have a modern & comfortable office fit-out that is dog-friendly & has access to an incredible rooftop. You will need to be Melbourne based.
