About the role
We are looking for experienced media and communication professionals with at least 5 years' relevant industry experience to work primarily across our portfolio of corporate clients.
In this role you will:
- Develop and implement communication and media strategies and campaigns
- Work on national media campaigns, B2B and B2C communication programs and provide communication advice to high-profile organisations
- Liaise with media to place stories on behalf of corporate, B2B and B2C clients
- Deliver high quality communication content for audiences across a range of mediums including communication strategies, media releases, social media content, digital platforms and investor relations materials.
- Work with our creative team to develop innovative communications for a range of audiences
- Work with dynamic senior industry leaders committed to delivering results.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
We are looking for a Senior Consultant who has:
- A strong track record with media relations, pitching into all media
- Strong writing skills for media and content including media releases, speeches, newsletters, digital copy, articles and reports
- Experience creating creative PR opportunities for organisations
- Experience in the development of strategic communication plans and media engagement programs
- Strong digital media content planning and production skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
