Pro rata remuneration package based on full-time equivalent value of up to $525.211 p.a. comprising salary range of $176,802 - $258,910 p.a. (full-time) or $84.71 - $124.05 p.h. (part-time) (L13-L27), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%). Level of appointment is dependent upon experience and advanced qualifications. Attraction and retention incentive allowance (35% base salary) Regional and rural attraction allowance (5% base salary) Motor vehicle allowance between $21,000 and $25,500 p.a.
