About The Opportunity
Our Micromine Australia team, based in the Perth HQ, are currently seeking a Mining Engineer to join them.
Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of Pre-Sales support for our Micromine Alastri software. Specifically, this will involve product demonstrations, input into sales proposals & overall customer success.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support business development managers to identify, develop and close opportunities within key accounts.
- Provide support during the technical aspects of our solution selling process, including client demonstrations, input into sales proposals, customer success and support.
- Work with the customer to ensure the software is being used to its optimum in the initial stages of implementation.
About You
Key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Must have experience with Micromine Alastri. Experience across both Tactical and Production Scheduler would be highly advantageous.
- Site based experience in a mine production, planning or operational role.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of mine scheduling systems and processes.
- Technical consulting or pre-sales experience will be highly advantageous.
- A recognised tertiary earth science or engineering qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
