Salary (depending on experience) - $60K - $80K per annum
We are a Gold Coast based light-vehicle/car service centre that focus on servicing and repairing European cars.
We urgently need a highly experienced Senior Mechanic.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes: -
- Honesty, integrity and a reliable work ethic (i.e. responsible and care for our customers’ cars as if they are your own); and
- Good disposition and friendly with the ability to build rapport with customers (i.e. there will be many face-to-face interactions with customers)
The successful candidate must have the following mechanical skills and work experience: -
- Servicing, repairing, fixing, maintenance of air-conditioners of light vehicles, of all makes and models, predominately European cars;
- Replacing or repairing of tyres of light vehicles, of all makes and models, predominately European cars;
- Servicing, repairing, fixing, maintenance, rebuild and replacement of engines and mechanics of light vehicles, of all makes and models, predominately European cars;
- Performance of high diagnostic skills of light vehicles, of all makes and models, predominately European cars;
- MUST* have at least 15 years of experience in the above skilled tasks, duties and performance; and
- Be able to work on all types of Makes/Models: Land Rover, Jaguar, Peugeot, Citroen, BMW, Mercedes, Renault, Audi, Fiat, Porsche, Mini and VW.
Preferred, but not essential:-
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Ability to speak a European language
