Senior Software Engineer, Duties Include:
 

• You drive technical planning discussions around the development of the implementation of national solutions following best practices and their impact internally and externally.
• Make suggestions and voice your ideas on improvement to the product codebase, systems and ways of working.
• Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training.
• Provide mentorship and guidance.
• Participate in solution design, development and testing activities.
• Build the solution and present it to the stakeholders.
• Collaborating with team members ensuring delivery is met.
• Upskilling, Continuous Learning – for career and personal development.
• Participation in networking, dev days, hackathons, etc.
• Take on new related challenges as required

Must have skills include

• Advanced programming skills with C#, .NET, TypeScript, React and Node.
• Advanced Patterns and Practices
• Knowledge or having prior experience with Security Processes / Applications OWASP would be ideal
• Ability to engage with various team members, and demonstrate sound analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Your ability to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively.
• The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.
• Thinking outside the box with high attention to detail and results
