Our office is conveniently located in the heart of Maroochydore on Ocean Street, Sunshine Coast, QLD where we have an awesome and relaxing set-up (no cubicles. Yay!). However, if you are based in Brisbane, you may work remotely until we establish a Brisbane-based office.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Developer at GoLogic Group, you will work both independently and collaboratively to develop, expand, and maintain our suite of products. Using the latest technologies, you will engineer solutions that are high-quality, maintainable, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Utilize Jira to communicate and track task progress and completion
- Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs
- Support change management procedures
- Develop robust unit tests and documentation
- Manage project tasks and timelines, regularly communicating with the team lead and CTO
- Participate in training as required
- Perform additional duties as needed
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior-level software development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
- Proficiency in .NET 6 and C#
- Experience with microservices, domain-driven design, and CQRS
- Strong understanding of database concepts (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Proficiency in source control (git) and pull-request workflows
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Angular, NgRx, NodeJS
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with AWS
- Experience with Docker
- Understanding of VoIP
