We specialise in providing occupational hygiene, environment, hazmat, training support, and solutions for our clients.

We have a team of eight Certified Occupational Hygienists within a national team of approximately 80-100 employees and growing!
Our leadership, technical, operations, and capital support are based around the country in Perth (Head Office), Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin and Kalgoorlie.
The Opportunity
We are looking for new Senior Hygiene Consultants and Certified Occupational Hygienists to join our dynamic and growing team in Brisbane.
As a Hygienist, reporting to the regional manager, you will collect samples for risk management and legislative compliance purposes as well as conducting reports to ensure a safe and sustainable hygienic workplace for our commercial clients.
About you

You are someone who thrives working autonomously whilst also contributing to the team – leading and mentoring when required and communicating effectively at all levels.
You are a proven professional with experience in the following:
- Conducting health and hygiene risk assessments
- Creating health and hygiene management plans
- Experience and skills in the operation and execution of industry related equipment e.g., for fibre, dust, weld fume, and volatile organic compound sampling
- Conducting noise surveys and noise dosimetry
- Project management skills – planning, preparing & executing hygiene monitoring programs
- Experience in researching occupational hygiene issues and providing pragmatic solutions to our clients.
You will bring:
- A postgraduate qualification relevant to Occupational Hygiene (other qualifications in science or a related discipline is desirable)
- Full membership with the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygiene (AIOH) and/or COH accreditation
- High flexibility with working arrangements – site travel according to client requirements is essential
- A willingness to learn and be mentored by COHs; and to guide and mentor technicians, junior consultants, and other hygienists
- Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
- Engagement and willing to contribute to a dynamic team
