Lotus Commercial is an industrial service business with 30 years' experience servicing the hospitality industry and corporate businesses. Services include kitchen filter exchange, canopy and exhaust cleaning and air conditioning filter maintenance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, self-motivated individual to join a close-knit team in Victoria and work to further grow the business. Reporting to the Southern Regional Manager, with P&L accountability for delivering a key service to our clients, you will lead a team of over 20 people.
Key attributes/skills/experiences:
- Advanced computer experience, including Excell, Word & Outlook.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams in person and remotely.
- Safety First attitude and exceptional knowledge of health & safety practices.
- Customer focused approach, experience in complaint handling and problem solving.
- Trades background or extensive background in commercial cleaning advantageous
- Track record of growth and development and ability to manage & meet KPI's.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, experience with SIMPRO beneficial
- Enjoy working in the field supervising technicians, willingness to train and develop the team in the field.
The role will require flexibility in working hours with early starts, late finishes and overnight work regular occurrences, to assist with our compliance requirements.
