Our EPM practice is experiencing solid growth, with exciting cloud projects underway and in the pipeline. We are seeking a skilled Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Consultant with extensive experience in implementing Oracle EDM and/or Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying EDM solutions to meet our clients' data management and governance needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle EDM solutions, including configuration, customisation, and deployment.
- Develop and configure applications, master data views and viewpoints, hierarchies, properties and other features including workflow and validations within Oracle EDM applications.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
- Develop scripts, workflows, and integrations to automate data management processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EDM applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle EDM features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data management needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations/demonstrations to educate stakeholders on EDM functionalities and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, configuration workbooks, user guides, and project reports.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in implementing Oracle EDM and/or DRM solutions.
- Proven experience in data management, data governance, and metadata management.
- Experience with other Oracle EPM modules highly desirable
- One or more certifications in Oracle EPM modules
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.
- Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
