The Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service (VPRS) is a state-wide specialist service which caters for the complex rehabilitation needs of children and adolescents after major injury, medical illness, and congenital conditions who undergo interventions aimed at functional maximisation.    

A Day in the Life 

An opportunity exists for a Grade 2 or grade 3 Neuropsychologist on a part-time (up to 3 days) temporary basis (January 2025). This role is responsible for working within The Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service - Monash Health to provide best practice patient care, achieve maximal operational effectiveness, develop organisational competencies, and create strong partnerships within and outside Monash Health.  You will join an experienced and supportive team of clinicians working together to provide quality evidence based care. The role will be predominately based in Monash Children's Hospital Clayton and travel across Monash Health sites may be required. In this position you will bring:

What you need:  

  • Current general registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Authority (AHPRA). Provisional psychologists close to obtaining full registration may be considered  
  • Endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology with AHPRA or eligibility to work toward obtaining endorsement through undertaking the Registrar program
