Senior Payroll Manager

FutureYou have partnered with a large construction business in the recruitment of their new Senior Payroll Manager for an initial 6 month FTC with view to extension.
This role has come about due to some planned project work that the current Manager is being seconded onto. They will be out of office and on-site, therefore this will be solely your team to lead!
This project has been initially contracted for 6 months however, as we all know, projects often extend therefore there is no definitive end date.
You will be responsible for the Business As Usual payroll team and reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be a great addition to your resume and you will have the best time working with this incredible team!
Description

• Day to day leadership of 8 in the payroll team.
• Complex payrolls - high volume with multiple enterprise agreements.
• Stakeholder management - work closely with HR and Finance.
• Systems used: Chris21 and Kronos.

This would suit someone who has recently finished a role and looking for their next challenge, or someone who is wanting to step into a far more Senior role and will be open to committing to 6 months for their own personal career development.
Profile
Please ensure you have direct leadership experience.
System experience is not essential, they will teach you Chris21 and Kronos.
Please ensure you can commute into office based in Perth City Centre at least 2 days a week.
Job Offer
In return, you will receive $150k - $180k + Super depending on your experience.
