Senior Performance Advisors are responsible for the overall performance of Home Claims suppliers within the region managing our supply chain through effective monitoring, driving accountability & leading strategic partnerships to deliver a quality outcome for our customers.Delivering on Suncorp's purpose through effective management of the supply chain & ensure an aligned purpose and vision in delivering quality outcomes with Suncorp Group customers & claims.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Contribute to the design and delivery of the Home Claims strategy for end to end supply-chain management to generate customer, cost and quality benefits
- Lead consistent and effective delivery of Vendor Performance frameworks, audits and capability build, ensuring that all documents are maintained to manage all risk profiles
- Drive adherence of the contract, Governance and Control Frameworks including understanding and adhering to the Operations Guide
- Lead the delivery of supplier risk assessments and audit activities, including the facilitation of audit meetings, the review of outcomes and provision of advice to the claims management team on supplier strategy
- Contribute to driving team and group priorities through leading program of work initiatives to delivery.
Skills & Experience:- Minimum 3 years insurance industry experience, preferably in claims (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years supply chain or supply management experience (desired)
- An understanding of supply chain principles and best practice (desired)
- An understanding of financial management, budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to create valuable business insights and recommendations from data
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence the business and external parties.
