Senior Physiotherapist excited by the prospect of guiding the development of physiotherapy supports for our team in the ACT.

On a daily basis, you will be:
- Managing an allocated caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a timely manner
- Assessing NDIS participants' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Delivering supports to participants within the clinic and community settings (e.g. schools and homes)
- Collaborating within the multidisciplinary team
- Working with your Allied Health Manager to engage with and educate key business stakeholders and grow our service in the ACT
- Mentoring and supervising junior clinicians
About You- Considerable experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Experience delivering services to people with disability
- A passion for assisting vulnerable members of our community in reaching their goals
- An interest in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- A desire to work with NDIS participants across the lifespan (0-65 years) as you will be taking on a mixed caseload
- Experienced in mentoring or supervising junior clinicians
Qualifications- Degree qualified Physiotherapist
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
