About your new role
The Senior Policy and Coordination Support Officers will offer top-tier coordination and policy review assistance to the CEO. This role necessitates a candidate who is exceptionally organised, possesses robust policy analysis capabilities, can cultivate and sustain strong relationships to navigate competing demands and achieve desired outcomes and prompt responses from others, possesses excellent communication skills, and can proficiently and efficiently resolve issues
What you will need to exceed
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting and conveying public policy possibilities and suggestions.
- Be comfortable liaising with various stakeholder groups.
- Be capable of receiving and deciphering intricate and delicate information.
- Be able to aid in the assessment of ministerial briefings and correspondence to guarantee top-notch advice.
- Oversee crucial governance setups and the performance of secretarial duties for a variety of meetings chaired by the CEO.
- Craft and ensure the quality of briefings, presentations, and other departmental communications as needed.
- Head a variety of administrative initiatives to enhance and implement enhancements to internal systems, processes, and operational protocols.
