We are an equal opportunity employer but we do need some essential attributes:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Pool Service Technician including diagnostics, repairs, and installation of all types of pool & spa equipment in a residential and commercial environment
- Clean driving record and manual drivers license essential as a work vehicle is provided
- Previous leadership experience will be highly regarded as we love imparting some wisdom and guidance to our younger team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be tech savvy and able to pick up systems and procedures

What will your average day look like?
Every day is a mixed bag, you may be required to install or repair pool and spa equipment, or carry out water testing and treatment… or you could be carrying out a general maintenance service at residential or commercial properties. There is also an awesome crew, that you will get to know, that may need a hand here or there as well. We are committed to staff training and progression for those who put their hand up for it as well. The sky is the limit for career driven professionals
Show me the money…
This is a full time position and there will be an attractive starting salary with the traditional six months probationary period, but you will hit the ground running and be able to enjoy the benefits of our incentive bonus program, which rewards staff for being awesome at their duties. We also conduct annual salary reviews as part of our performance review plan.
You can also volunteer for reasonable overtime hours if you need some extra coin…but we don't like our team members getting burnt out. We all work hard, but like our down time as well.
