As an experienced recruiter, you'll be the architect of your success. Originating new business and cultivating key relationships, you'll engage with HR leaders from SMEs to corporate giants. Your proven track record in senior HR recruitment, strategic mindset and problem-solving prowess set the stage for unparalleled success.
About you:
- Proven experience as 360 blue-collar recruiter
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, including meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
