Senior Project Planner

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Planner to join our team. As a Senior Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting project delivery by developing, managing, influencing, and communicating planning/schedule data for all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project baseline and progress schedules in accordance with Osmoflo’s project delivery process and scheduling requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Fabrication, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules are aligned with Osmoflo’s project delivery process.
• Identify schedule issues early and assist in resolutions.
• Support proposals bid by developing practical project schedules in conjunction with Estimation and Procurement personnel.
• Establish a Project-Online reporting process to facilitate project management and take early corrective actions.
• Analyse schedule impacts and changes and develop recovery plans.
• Prepare master and summary schedules and review/report weekly milestones.
• Maintain regular communication with and influence the Project and Proposal teams.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation by creating and seeking ways to develop innovative solutions which aid business growth.
• Foster a strong QHSE culture in the Team and ensure all activities are undertaken in a safe manner.

Position Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or Related Discipline or equivalent Industry Experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in a similar planning role in a similar industry (mining, oil & gas etc).
• Knowledge and skills in Project Management methodology, e.g., PMBOK, baseline/change management, etc.
• Proficiency in commercial scheduling software, e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary and remote teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project schedules, identify critical path, and propose optimization strategies.
