What you'll be working onWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Properties and Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Mascot, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our facilities portfolio in Australasia, covering Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities, manage projects effectively, and oversee lease agreements for both airport and off-airport locations.Facilities Planning for Gateway, Station, and Office:
  • Lead the design, procurement, and installation of equipment and furniture.
  • Coordinate smooth transitions into new locations to maintain operational continuity.
Project Management:
  • Develop and recommend financial budgets for projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and negotiate contracts.
  • Administer contracts to align with business objectives and financial plans.
  • Maintain meticulous records of financials and project progress.
  • Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
Off-Airport and Airport Lease Management:
  • Prepare capital and lease expenditure requests.
  • Monitor and facilitate the financial approval process.
  • Conduct market analysis and negotiate lease agreements.
  • Manage all aspects of facility-related projects and leases.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in project management within facilities design, construction, Real Estate, or capital projects administration.
  • Proficiency in analysing Real Estate market trends and property values.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Logical thinker with the capability to articulate complex problems and solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management best practices.
