Currently offering a unique role that will see you take the reins of a ‘VIP’ Portfolio, this is a Senior Property Management role that will see you managing a neat & tidy portfolio, with flexibility (working from home days!) and a great salary!
About the Company
As the Senior Property Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of a high end, well-managed portfolio of approx. 170 properties locally. With plenty of support (assistance from a junior property manager, leasing consultant, administrator, and bookkeeper), this is an exciting opportunity to join a Property Management department within a five-star reputation and an award-winning team. You will be responsible for:
Duties including:
Management of a clean and tidy portfolio – this is a VIP portfolio
Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
Conducting repairs and maintenances
Rental arrears management
Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
1 x Junior Property Manager to support & 1 x Leasing Consultant to support
NO accounts
Skills and experience
Keen, eager, and ready to indulge in this once in a lifetime opportunity!
You will be motivated and determined Property Manager with a current Certificate of Registration, own car & driver’s license
Previous Property Management Experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential
VIP portfolio – you will be dealing with some big names!
