Our client is an self made real estate office on the cusp of Sydney's Inner West & South Western Suburbs of Sydney. They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Property Manager to oversee an exclusive portfolio.
In this role you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a very clean and local portfolio with substantial support to ensure optimal management and positive relationships with all the landlords.
The Position
- Managing a portfolio of up to 200 properties.
- Mon – Fri role with WFH flexibility
- Landlord and tenant liaison.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- No leasing or trust accounting.
- No routine inspections – only 3 monthly routines.
- Conduct rental reviews and manage increases.
- Prepare for and attend NCAT when necessary.

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 + years’ experience as a Property Manager.
- Possess of a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- You must be passionate, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and outstanding time management skills are essential.
- A valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
