About the role
Laing O’Rourke is searching for skilled Senior Proposal Lead and Writers with construction and professional services tendering experience. Multi-sector, infrastructure and Defence experience will be well regarded.
Candidates should have an understanding of contracting models and tendering requirements with the ability to produce high-quality, compelling and compliant submissions within tight timeframes. Permanent, fixed-term and contract positions are available.
Key responsibilities
- Managing or writing major tenders to produce high-quality and compliant submissions
- Turning complex technical information into compelling and clear responses
- Working collaboratively across a large team of technical and proposal specialists
- Meeting tight and often competing deadlines.
About you
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or similar field preferable
- Experience in proposal management and/or writing
