About Us
Rapid Response Revival (RRR) is an Australian owned, Medical Device innovator. Based in Riverwood, we design, manufacture and supply automatic external defibrillators (AED’s) for multiple global markets with our priority centred around developing AED solutions that make portable defibrillation affordable, accessible and effective. We are looking for a full-time permanent Quality Assurance professional to join our office based team with flexibility for occasional hybrid work options.
The Opportunity
The Senior Quality Assurance Associate supports the Senior Quality Manager with the day-to-day quality operations with a focus on executing and maintaining Quality Assurance procedures. They will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational activities adhere to quality management requirements. The Senior Quality Assurance Associate will author, review and approve quality documents to support the ongoing growth and development of the quality management system. They will be critical to the ongoing development of best in class quality solutions and contribute to lifting the awareness, understanding and quality mindset of the broader organisation as we focus on product safety.
The Senior Quality Assurance Associate will demonstrate the RRR Values of People First, Lead with Care, Never Settle, Think Smart.
About you
• Bachelor’s level qualification in science, engineering or a related discipline
• Certified lead auditor (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485).
• Significant experience working in a Quality Assurance role with a medical device Manufacturer in Australia or overseas.
• Demonstrated knowledge in EU MDR/US FDA/AU TGA/ NZ Medsafe regulations and guidelines
• Experience using an electronic quality management system or document management system
• Experience organising, analysing and presenting data
• Sound skillset in Microsoft Office, Greenlight Guru, Adobe PDF Pro, JIRA, Confluence
• Team player with a can-do attitude
