We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on high-level Infrastructure projects across Brisbane which include Roads, Rail, Defence, and various other infrastructure projects.
The Role
Reporting to the Directors you would be responsible for
- Experienced in detailed measurement, bills of quantities, and cost planning.
- Proficient in on-screen take-offs using Costx or similar software.
- Familiar with industry measurement standards like ANZSMM, AS1181, and DTMR Estimating Manual
- Methodical Quantity Surveyor skilled at preparing clear and interpretable material take-offs.
- Knowledgeable about estimating software such as Expert Estimator, Candy, or CATS
- Understanding of quality assurance and workplace health and safety policies

- Relevant experience working on Infrastructure projects up to $1B.
- 4 - 8 Years+ as a Quantity Surveyor
- Attention to detail and great communication.
