About the Role
An integral part of the Mumpara family and based at our Berrimah office, this position will be responsible for taking recruitment to the next level across both blue and white collar roles.
Fully supported by our Brisbane Head Office, your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and placing talent across our many roles and sites whilst work closely with our clients to ensure all of their workforce needs are met.
As someone who can work autonomously, you will find new ways to meet set targets for the business and this position and think outside the square, by building a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates. No 2 days will be the same!
About You
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment role
- Strong track record of developing relationships with both clients and candidates
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- High level attention to detail and problem-solving ability
