What you'll be doing
The Senior Recruitment and Establishment Officer - Junior Medical is the first point of contact for all Junior Medical Officer (JMO) Recruitment and Establishment activities and works collaboratively within the SCHN Junior Medical Workforce Teams. The position provides a range if administrative services to enable efficient and accurate JMO ad hoc and Annual Medical recruitment campaign activities and Establishment services.
The Senior Recruitment and Establishment Officer - Junior Medical works independently within the appropriate policy and procedural guidelines, makes decisions within the scope of duties, and sets own work priorities to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective client focused services. The role also supports the Recruitment and onboarding processes for International Medical Graduates (IMGs), including medical registration and visa processes.
Note: Junior Medical Services incorporates Residents, Registrars, Provisional Fellows, Career Medical Officers, Honorary Junior Medical Officers, Clinical Placement Rotations, and Junior Medical Observers. This does not include Medical Students.

Selection Criteria:
Relevant administrative experience working in recruitment, Human Resources operations or a transactional service environment, preferable within a large complex organisation.
Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing enquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
Demonstrated sound organisational and administrative skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent activities while meeting strict deadlines.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and proven ability to establish positive working relationships with staff at all levels and external parties.
Proven ability to understand, apply and investigate regulations, instructions or procedural guidelines relevant to recruitment processing, onboarding and credentialing of employees.
Proven ability to manage resources to ensure the delivery of services including the review of operational systems relevant to recruitment processing and onboarding.
Demonstrated ability to work independently across a variety of functions which may be complex in nature and make decisions within the scope of the role to meet requirements.
Demonstrated proficient computer skills with experience using MS Office programs and HR systems
