About the Role
- Full time 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Actuarial space.
- This is a hot desk, extensive client and candidate database to utilise with a proven track record of billings. It’s a candidate short market with niche technical skillsets. Would suite a specialist recruiter that has operated in a similar market or comes from a background in Insurance, Banking, Risk or Analytics. Another good fit would be a specialist recruiter that has operated in a candidate short technical type market.
Main Role Responsibilities
- Market map opportunities and forge new client relationships
- Identify further revenue potentials within existing clients
- Manage end to end client, applicant and candidate engagements from initial briefings, candidate attraction through to offer, acceptance, start date and post placement after care
Requirements and Experience
- It is essential you have recruitment experience ideally within the Professional Services space
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience, although less experienced recruiters are advised to apply
- Proven track record of new business development and key account development with SME and Top Tiers
- Demonstrated team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, determination, and the desire to succeed
- You must be confident, self-driven and determined to forge a professional name for yourself
