The Role:
As a key member of our healthcare recruitment team, you will drive our strategic business expansion in the Aged Care sector. We're seeking a self-starter who is passionate about improving the lives of the elderly and thrives in a target-driven environment. In this role, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of clients within the Aged Care sector, addressing their staffing needs with a focus on temporary placements.
• Utilise our extensive database and recruitment platforms to identify and attract top talent in Aged Care.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, driving business growth and success while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to strategise and execute recruitment plans to meet the demands of our Aged Care clients.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the onboarding process and assignment duration, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on Aged Care staffing.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care roles, certifications, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, with a passion for making a positive impact in Aged Care.
