About the role
Leading a team of Regulatory Professionals in a fast-paced international business, you'll play a critical role in driving the regulatory strategy for innovation and regulatory reform across Reckitt's medicinal portfolio.
As the Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager for Reckitt's medicinal portfolio, you'll:
- Navigate a complex and changing regulatory environment to ensure our product portfolio strategy supports our ambitious growth plans.
- Anticipate and influence regulatory changes, leading our thinking about what is possible.
- Ensure global registration dossiers and technical documentation meet local requirements.
- Drive local innovation and creative strategies to deliver a competitive advantage to the business.
- Proactively manage and mitigate risk.
- Ensure the product life cycle management of products keeps the business compliant.
- Lead and develop a team of Regulatory Professionals across ANZ.
- Be a member of the Reckitt Heath Leadership team
…you have a background in science, pharmacy or related discipline with a strong regulatory background in OTC medicines. You will also;
- Have solid experience in New medicinal product development, registration and submission processes,
- Be an experienced Regulatory Professional with strength in leading and developing teams,
- Have a strong network across the OTC industry, key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals,
- Be an excellent communicator, using your expertise to influence others to make commercial focus science -based decisions,
- Be results-orientated and entrepreneurial. Just like us.
- Be commercially minded and compliance focused.
