The Opportunity

We are now looking for multiple full-time Senior Relationship Managers based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Darwin or Adelaide.

Reporting to the Head of Member Services, you will be responsible for leading strategic member engagement and supporting business interactions with Indigenous businesses.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Driving strategic member engagement and partnerships
  • Advocating for leveraging purchasing power for social outcomes
  • Supporting regional team goals in line with the member services strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with members
  • Providing support and leadership to Relationship Managers
  • Championing cultural values and integrity within the organization
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to support the Indigenous workforce
  • Reporting insights and trends to inform strategic initiatives.
What We Need From You

To qualify, you will need a demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, and experience working with large corporate organisations or knowledge of government Indigenous procurement policies. Experience in roles involving strategic relationship management or corporate engagement will also be essential.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders
  • Experience in team leadership and performance management
  • Knowledge of business models and company structures
