Senior Release Manager - It Security

One of Australia's most successful organisations is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Release Manager with expertise in IT Security (ideally Identity Management) to join their growing team.
As the IT SecurityRelease Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the release management process, ensuring the secure and timely deployment of updates, patches, and enhancements. Your primary focus will be on managing the release cycle while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the release management process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
• Develop and implement release strategies that align with IT security best practices.
• Manage identity and access management systems, ensuring proper authentication and authorization protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define release schedules and priorities.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect against potential security threats.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in Release Management, preferably in IT Security.
• Strong understanding of identity management principles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
