As a Senior Reliability Engineer you will apply a wide variety of reliability techniques to a diverse range of industries, and effectively manage a project from beginning to end to meet customer expectations and all project deliverables. You will work as part of a team, and often as a senior to lead influence fellow Engineers.
As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Contributing subject matter expertise to Reliability Studies with a focus on solving complex problems where solutions are not readily available through typical data analysis, modelling, and software
Assuming responsibility for the integrity of technical solutions
Developing value added data handling solutions and continuously improve understanding and application of Reliability methods and OnePM to enhance the formulation of client solutions and find better ways of delivery our services and utilizing our software
Undertaking and ensure effective application of Reliability Studies using various Reliability Methods
Monitoring and improve the effectiveness of Reliability projects and look for ways to maximize value and ARMS competitive advantage
Conducting resource forecasting for future projects/opportunities

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum of 5 years industry experience gained in a similar role in maintenance/reliability within the mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities or manufacturing industries
Have demonstrated experience in the development of Reliability Engineering solutions
Have expertise in interfacing reliability requirements to other systems
Have experienced in presenting to various groups relating to subject matter expertise in a professional and training capacity
Have demonstrated experience in the sales cycle, specifically sales closing skills
Have broad experience gained in the field of asset management and experienced solving complex level business problems
