As a Residential Care Worker you will be responsible for working as a member of a team to achieve best outcomes for children and young people and providing group and individual therapeutic Residential Care to children and young people. Prospective applicants must be able to successfully undergo our Criminal History Screening process and pass a satisfactory medical and functional capacity examination based on the physical and psychological demands of the role.
