About the Role

We are seeking an energetic Senior Property Manager to join our growing Retail Property Management division. 

The role encompasses all facets of property management and client service delivery and plays a key part in the leadership of the division.

Key responsibility for this role include:

  • Mentor and support team
  • Drive investment performance of the portfolio of assets
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure proper control and service delivery
  • Ensure all lease and other documentation is fully executed
  • Develop annual operating budgets
  • Provide owners with recommendations relating to rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration   
  • Control and collection of monies, including rentals, outgoings and recoverable costs 
  • Reconciliation of outgoings
  • Undertaking inspections of property to ensure high standards of presentation
  
About You
  
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Property Manager with an eye for detail and a proven ability to multitask and prioritise. 
 
In addition, the following will be highly regarded:   
  • Previous experience in strategic asset planning
  • Ability to provide exceptional service to clients through relationship building and communication 
  • Excellent budgeting and financial skills (accrual and cash based), including a keen eye for detail
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
  • Ability to build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
