Senior Revenue Manager

About the role:

• Have strategic oversight and management of tourism revenue.
• Preparation of annual, monthly, weekly, and daily forecasting and reporting to further enhance data driven decision making practices.
• Have responsibilities across revenue delivery, stakeholder engagement and training.
• Manage and lead a team of 2 Revenue Analysts, reporting into and working closely with the Head of Revenue.
• Drive the revenue and partnerships with existing portfolios.
• Ensure consistent distribution and rate parity across the portfolio and various booking channels.

About you:

• Effective and impactful communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability in revenue and yield management, strategy development and executional delivery of commercial targets to achieve set strategies.
• Ability to influence others to deliver critical outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
•  Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes emerging in a rapid-paced environment.
• Ability to strategize revenue growth, cost control, commercial and financial outcomes, and value enhancement.
• Travel & Tourism exposure is welcomed, but not essential.
