Job DescriptionAs
Senior Sales Leader you will have the chance to craft this role to be your own with the support of reporting into the General Manager.
Responsibilities:- Develop, grow, sustain, maximize and yield business across the MICE segment
- Drive proactive sales activities for the hotel
- As Department Head, lead and manage the sales and events team
- Develop and foster strong working relationships with key corporate clients and PCO’s.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to maximize relationships and revenues
Qualifications- You are MICE superstar with experience in a minimum of 2 years in a hotel sales capacity
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and PCO’s
- Identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive sales activities
- Being results driven and have demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
