ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Salesforce Project Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end project delivery of one or more projects, combining excellent communication, relationship management and organisational skills. They will be key member of the PMO l team working closely with the C -Suite executives, PMO director, other Project Managers, and wider technology and business stakeholders.
Duties will include (but not limited to) -
- Effective communication and management of project, business and technology stakeholders including C-suite executives
- Provides leadership to the project team by managing daily team activities, building, motivating and mentoring team members to meet project goals.
- Applying appropriate Project Management controls, governance, and methodology to deliver target business outcomes
- Manage interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
- Planning and managing the costs and benefits
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will portray the following –
- Degree in Business or Information Technology desired
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience is desirable
- 7+ years experience implementing Salesforce project
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner or equivalently qualified in similar project management methodologies is desirable.
- Scrum of similar Agile training is desirable
- Experience managing projects within agreed time, cost, quality and scope
